Robert Lilley Brokerage

There's not enough space here for all the things I would love to say, and the stars I would give them would be more numerable than the grains of sand on the sea shore!!! It took 87 days from move out (and we didn't just move out, we moved 2642 miles across the country and were in good hands) until closing, and during that time an amazing transformation occurred. Bathroom renovations took place, fresh paint was applied, new flooring was installed, and the little things, all the little details inside and out - light fixtures, wall plate covers, pressure washing, window cleaning, landscape maintenance, etc to name a few - those things made all the diff...

When it came to selling our family home of 25 years, we needed to find the right realtor. We asked around, and Bob Lilley’s name came up repeatedly as an agent who focuses on the complete sale. Bob spent time with us before the home went up for sale and brought us up to speed on prices and trends in the ever-changing Bay Area market. He also spent time asking us about our plans. This was all before we even hired him! When the house went on the market, Bob and Lisa made the place look spectacular online. The real value of a good agent was apparent when we received an offer from first-time buyers represented by a fairly new agent. Bob kept everyone fo...

I’ve worked with Bob Lilley on the sale of two properties, and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property! He is easy to work with, has grown up in the area and knows all the neighborhoods, is knowledgeable about the ever-changing world of real estate, and easily navigates the many documents for a smooth closing. What’s more, Lisa is always available to help with just about anything! As an out-of-town seller, I so appreciated that Bob and Lisa were in constant communication with updates, providing local resources for cleanout and proper disposal of the contents of the properties, and helping with the final preparation for sale. Robert and Lisa are your go-to real estate brokerage. They are very personable, fun to work with, knowledgeable about the area, and excellent negotiators. If you are selling, buying, or investing, you can't go wrong with the Robert Lilley Brokerage.

We have worked with Bob Lilley multiple times over the past 10 years, with each transaction creating its own unique challenges. Bob’s knowledge and guidance were instrumental in helping us both buy and sell our home. He always kept our best interests at the forefront of every decision he made, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Bob and Lisa Lilley provided us with great service throughout our purchase transaction. Always kept us up to date and handled the paperwork with professionalism and a great attitude. Super nice people to work with, and the team they have was great too!

I have known Bob and Lisa for a while. Lisa had been providing me with advice and guidance for several years leading up to my decision to move. When it was time for me to move, it was a no-brainer who my real estate team would be. Bob and Lisa are knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, and experts in their fields. Buying a home during COVID in 2020 had its challenges. As a first-time home buyer, there was additional anxiety and uncertainty. My dream was to fall in love with a house, and I did. Thanks to Bob and Lisa’s expertise, guidance, and encouragement, I was able to make my dream a reality. Their responses were always timely, and they went abo...

Lisa and Bob sold my parents' house of 58 years in Walnut Creek. The unique, mid-century modern house was built on an oversized lot by my grandfather. With so much history and accumulated treasures, the job of even getting my parents to move, let alone finding an appropriate buyer, was an enormous one, and Lisa and Bob went above and beyond to make it happen. They knew exactly how to market the property and how to work with my reluctant parents every step of the way. From advising us on how to get the house ready to finding great buyers and closing well over asking, Lisa and Bob were fantastic to work with. Their experience in the industry is deep, ...

I'm a contractor who has worked with Bob and Lisa on numerous homes over the years. When it came time to sell my in-laws' house, I knew they would be the right fit given their extensive experience. My father-in-law had the house custom-built back in 1987. Since this was a one-of-a-kind home, we knew it might have a limited pool of potential buyers. However, the house sold for the full asking price the very first weekend on the market! If you are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced realtors, Bob and Lisa Lilley should be your first choice.

We had our first real estate transaction with Bob almost 40 years ago! He did an outstanding job for us then, and he has continued to do so with numerous transactions since. He and Lisa work really hard for their clients, and I believe one of the reasons they are so successful is that they leave nothing to chance. I strongly recommend them.

Lisa and Bob handled the sale of our home with expertise and care. They guided us through every step of the process, and we are very happy with the result. Cannot recommend them enough. 10/10.

We lived in our home for 39 years and accumulated 39 years of memories. Lisa gently guided us from a lived-in house to one that was market-ready, inside and out. While leaving a home after 39 years isn't a simple transition, Lisa and Bob made that transition much easier. The house went on the market on a Monday, and it was sold by the following Monday.

Working with Bob Lilley was truly the best home-buying experience I could have imagined. From start to finish, Bob went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place within my budget, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. He listened closely to what I wanted, offered honest and knowledgeable guidance, and made the entire process feel seamless. Bob is everything you hope for in a realtor: patient, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home. He anticipated my questions before I even asked them, handled every detail with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and attai...

Bob and Lisa made selling my condo so easy. Lisa took the time to stage it and waited for the last-minute repairs to be done. Both Bob and Lisa were in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. They are lovely, caring people.

Bob and Lisa have been a great help in dealing with my real estate transactions. I highly recommend their services for any of your real estate needs. I don't give five-star ratings to many things, so please let Bob or Lisa help you in ways you may not even be aware of.

Lisa and Bob went above and beyond to get our home sold fast and well above the asking price. Bob not only had excellent referrals for the minor repairs we needed, but he also supervised the work (and even pitched in to help with some of it!) to make sure everything was done perfectly after we had moved out of the area. Lisa has an eye for detail, and nothing was left undone. Her suggestions for staging and presentation were fabulous. Their whole team responded instantly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. So glad we chose Bob and Lisa to sell our house!

Best experience with a real estate sale ever. They guided us through the entire process from start to finish and provided so much value. They found contractors and handymen to fix the pool deck, make the yard immaculate, and get the inside of the house looking fantastic. Their choice of a staging company was spot on—our house was transformed into a chic, modern, and highly desirable place to call home. They worked very hard to make sure the house was perfect, even going so far as to change the wall plates so they all matched. With their help and guidance, we sold our home in five days for well above the asking price—all cash and with no contingencie...

Thank you so much! It really has been a pleasure working with Bob and Lisa. They have been our realtors for the purchase and sale of two homes over the years. I know it is a cliché, but they go "above and beyond" what most realtors do. Please feel free to use our names in the future if anyone would like to reach out to us for a reference.

Bob is so easy to work with and talk to. From our first meeting, he was kind, humble, and very knowledgeable about all things related to home buying and selling. Thank you, Bob!
